Kala Sangam will be starting a project on Thursday 13th Jan 11 at Barkerend Sure Start. The artist, Zareena Bano will be delivering 6 workshops to the young mothers and toddlers group.They will work together using different textile techniques to create a wall hanging to go up in the centre. The piece of art work will portray the group’s thoughts on a few different issues such as good health, the benefit of coming to the centre and the future of Barkerend Sure start.
