Artsplan, the training and publications department of Artswork and the in-house training provider of ENYAN (English National Youth Arts Network) is pleased to be delivering our ‘Behaviour Management and Youth Arts’ course at the Yorkshire Artsplan Training Centre.

This robust & well established one-day course is running on 15th October 2010, 10 am to 4.15 pm at Kala Sangam in Bradford.

The course looks into improving skills, knowledge and experience in order to develop an understanding of behavioural management and takes a look at the issues and barriers that are faced when undertaking Youth Arts projects.

This course is set up and led by experienced and knowledgeable youth arts specialists. It explores the practical aspects of behavioural management: health and safety issues, risk assessment and achieving key objectives. It aims to promote a style of engaging with young people that encourages positive behaviour to the benefit of all involved.

Participants recently undertaking this course have been keen to endorse the training:

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the course and a wealth of practical resources. The fee for this course, which include lunch and refreshments, is at the special half price rate of £75.
