Friday 17th June 2011 at 7pm at Kala Sangam

Sunders Walker ’s visual arts exhibition extends to a poetry workshop featuring classical Indian dance. In this workshop Sunder will do some readings from her book Shantanu would be set to classical dance form.The poems will explore the connection between the ‘animus’ and ‘anima’. From Vedanta this will make further links with Shiva as the perfect embodiment of Shiva and Shakti. The poetry pieces would link up withthe eternal dance of the cosmos and the individual journey. The classical dance will be a perfect illustration of what Shantanu is all about!
